The owners are so detailed, wonderful instructions for using the property, even little labels on all the light switches. The home is an older outbanks beach home, but the owners have updated the property so it feels new. The location is perfect for the beach and local restaurants. We traveled with our elderly father and he was quite able to walk to the beach with no problems, it’s just a quick walk. Twice weekly pool cleaning made our pool experience perfect. The house is clean, new appliances, fully stocked (gadgets and cookware) large kitchen. This place would be a perfect location for a family Thanksgiving getaway. We would definitely stay here again.
