The owners are so detailed, wonderful instructions for using the property, even little labels on all the light switches. The home is an older outbanks beach home, but the owners have updated the property so it feels new. The location is perfect for the beach and local restaurants. We traveled with our elderly father and he was quite able to walk to the beach with no problems, it’s just a quick walk. Twice weekly pool cleaning made our pool experience perfect. The house was great and super close to the beach! The house is super roomy and well stocked. Our doggies loved it too, especially the cozy front porch in the AMs after their walk. Beach is very near just 1 minute walk from the property. All of us enjoyed very much in the pool and hot tub.

Overall, a great property and close to the beach. We were a family of 3 and a dog and it was perfect for all of us, plenty of room. We loved the fenced yard for our dog, the pool, and the hottub. It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Great communication with the owners, very responsive.

House was nicely kept, 2 min walk to beach, nice neighborhood, pool was a plus! House was close to restaurants and stores but on a quiet street. House had all the amenities for a family to live, cook, relax. TVs in every room, good wifi. We would stay again.

Our family of 4 adults, 4 children ages 2 to 13 years, and dog thoroughly enjoyed our week at this vacation home! The neighborhood was quiet with little traffic. The pool, hot tub, and back yard make this property special and we appreciated that the pool was serviced while we were there. The property owners were easy to communicate with and helpful.

We decided to take a long weekend at OBX and booked this less than 2 weeks before leaving. The location was perfect – a VERY short walk to the beach and close to lots of good restaurants. The house was more than enough for the 3 of us (me, my husband and youngest son) and we are hoping that next year my youngest son’s girlfriend and my oldest son and his girlfriend will be able to join us since it will be perfect for the 3 couples (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms). The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Our kids brought along some friends and they had a great time playing games and using the pool/hot tub. Overall we had a great time and made some great memories.

We had a wonderful week with beautiful weather! The pool and hot tub were enjoyed day and night. Very clean, plenty of room and kitchen was well stocked making cooking very easy. Owner was very responsive when needed. Would definitely stay here again should we return to Kitty Hawk.

This is such a great vacation spot! Exactly what we were looking for, and a great location! House is accurate to it’s photo’s and was perfect for our friends birthday. Whole process was easy and Elizabeth and Lucas are great!

Elizabeth was a great host. House was great and spacious with two grownup beds, several bunk beds and three full baths. Basement playroom was great for kids during down time. Easy beach access and a great pool + hot tub. Will rent again. A+++

Close enough to walk to the beach; loved the space. The amenities were great! Perfect for our family of five with space to have even more people.

My family wanted to get away and have a vacation during this Covid time. We decided that going to a summer vacation spot in the off season would be the way to go. We had a Wonderfull experience at this house. It is clean, has a hot tub and pool. It is pet friendly and the layout of the house gives you different rooms to hang out, even when the kids want some alone time. We had a fantastic experience and plan on going back.

My husband and I were supposed to get married this past May and honeymoon in the Caribbean. Covid changed our plans drastically and we decided to have a smaller wedding and honeymoon in state in the Outer Banks. (my first time visiting) We were able to bring our dog and everything turned out absolutely perfect. The weather was perfect, the house was spacious and great location. This property is in a wonderful location. Easy access to the beach! The main floor is great, very clean, and the pool area is a must have for our family. Overall it was a great place to stay for our first trip to OBX.

We get together with our family every fall and this is one of the best houses we have ever stayed at we like to rent a different house every time but would defiently come back here ! It’s well played and supplied and tons of space the inside is magically 10 times bigger then it look ok the outside. Open the windows on the front porch and listen to the waves . Easy walk to the beach. Nice to be able to rent for just the weekend on very short notice. Check in was easy. Was clean and worked out well for our party of 12.

This house was exactly as advertised and was a great place to spend the week! The beach was steps away and the pool was a great alternative. We would definitely stay in this home again.

We loved this house. Two bedrooms with ensuites and another full bath off living room. Beds are comfy and fenced in yard was crucial for our lab mix. Just an overall nice property. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first visit to the Outer Banks (OBX) but it will not be our last. We had an excellent stay at the Paradise Ocean View OBX. It is a great family friendly house, that easily accommodated 10 family members and our lab mix dog. Roomy and comfortable. This was our first stay at The Outer Banks Beach Paradise House and we will definitely be back! We loved everything about this house! We spend the week of July 4th at Paradise by the Sea with all our children and had a great time. The location is fantastic, just a two minutes walk from the beach which was not crowded at all. Great place one block from the ocean but also close to stores, restaurants and parks. Huge kitchen table for the whole family to have meals together and a nice king size bed for mom and dad. The dog loved it. Definitely will come back

Elizabeth was great about getting back to me on all of my questions both before and during my stay. The house was nice and it was very dog friendly – with a fenced in yard. I was only a 2 minute walk from the beach and right in the heart of Kitty Hawk (mile post 4.5).

We LOVED our stay at The Outer Banks Beach Paradise during the July 4th holiday. Talk about starting vacation with a bang! Fireworks everywhere to welcome us! We were there last week and it was fantastic. I loved that everything was so close and the owners of the house were terrific and the house was perfect. It has a yard for the dogs and the pool was maintained very well. I would certainly come back the next time we go.

The owner responded very promptly to our last minute request. I would describe the house as “shabby chic” but in a good way. What needed to be updated and modern was, and the decor made it feel like the perfect beach home. Fenced yard was great for our dog, and he did not have any problems with spurs which are so hard to avoid on the Outer Banks. Hope to stay here again soon.

Rented this house for a long weekend and loved it! The house is large enough for 6 adults to relax and not worry about bumping into each other. Having 3 full baths is a major plus. Owner responds quickly to any questions. 2-3 minute walk to the beach (if you are a slow walker). The house is conveniently located to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. One of the few houses in the area to have a pool and hot tub, both of which are super clean. I absolutely look forward to renting this house again in the future.

My mom and I and my two Vizsla’s spent a week at this house. The house was everything as stated in the description/pictures and more. The weather was good but since it was the end of April, I did not use the pool or hot tub. Loved having the fenced in yard for the dogs, but I concur about the burrs and cactus plants. Having been raised on the West Coast, but living near the mountains of North Carolina for the last couple of decades, we wanted a week of no tourists, quiet, and decent weather at the beach. We also wanted to take our dog this trip. The kitchen is large, rooms spacious, no complaints on the home. We were even able to wash the dog outside after a trip in the ocean. My husband and I spent a four day Thanksgiving weekend at this house and we had such a wonderful and relaxing time! The house is clean, very spacious and comfortable. The large kitchen is stocked with any dish, cookware or utensil you could possibly need. The backyard is really big and great if you bring your dog. Our only issue with the backyard were the cactus burrs that got stuck to our pants and our dog! But that’s not really in their control. My family rented this house for a week in August and really enjoyed it. The house is an easy walk to the beach as well as two good restaurants, Hurricane Moes and The Black Pelican. There is a grocery store, brew thru and more restaurants in easy driving distance. The house was roomy and we enjoyed both the pool and hot tub. Everything worked and the house was fully equipped. OBX beach paradise was a cute little place to stay. When we arrived, the house was immaculate and exactly as seen in the pictures. The beach was a short walk away and shops and restaurants are near by. This house has a private pool and hot tub and is pet friendly – what could be better? We really enjoyed our stay here over thanksgiving. The house is very inviting and it made for a wonderful family get together. The kitchen was well stocked and to my surprise even included a roasting pan for the turkey! Very close to the beach. The short walk is much less than 2 minutes. Beach was gorgeous and we enjoyed packing lunches and relaxing on the beach. The black pelican is less than half a mile away and was great.

My family and I stayed the weekend of October 25th as a mini getaway for my husbands birthday. He is a big fitness addict and really enjoyed running on the beach every morning. We loved having the hot tub as well. The house is centrally located and we enjoyed venturing over to Manteo the visit the aquarium and the island farm. We stayed at OBX Beach Paradise over New Years. The house is very cozy and had everything you need. We really enjoyed taking walks on the beach and were pleased with how close it was. I love dining out on vacations and the house was close to many great restaurants. Beachside bistro is a little over a mile away and is superb. We cannot wait to go back when it’s warmer and eat on their patio. There are ocean views from the front windows and we enjoyed listening to the ocean from the screen porch. The beds were very comfortable.
