My family and I stayed the weekend of October 25th as a mini getaway for my husbands birthday. He is a big fitness addict and really enjoyed running on the beach every morning. We loved having the hot tub as well. The house is centrally located and we enjoyed venturing over to Manteo the visit the aquarium and the island farm. The weekend happened to also be the OBX Fall restaurant week so we enjoyed trying out a few new places. The house has everything you could need, the owners were pleasant to do deal with, and we definitely plan on coming back this summer.
